At Richmond we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 7 days of the original purchase.

Conditions for exchange:

• The item must be in new and unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
• The original packaging must be included and not damaged.
• The item must not have been washed or worn.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
• Please note that shipping costs for the return of the original product and the new

product will be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong size or color).

Exchange process:

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and verify that it meets our

exchange policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for exchange, we issue a

wallet credit and ship the new item to you within 3-5 business days.
